Terms of Service
Effective 27 October 2026. Applies to the CallFlow extension for VS Code and compatible editors, CallFlow Pro and CallFlow company licences. The licence text bundled with the extension (EULA.md) says the same thing in shorter form.
1. What CallFlow is
CallFlow is a REST client and HTTP debugger that runs inside your editor. The free features cost nothing and stay free. CallFlow Pro is an optional paid upgrade that unlocks additional features with a licence key. These terms cover both.
2. Your licence
You may install and use CallFlow on any computer you use, for personal or commercial work. A Pro licence ($20, one-time) is for the person who bought it, on any number of their own machines. A company licence ($49 per seat, one-time) covers as many people as seats purchased; everyone on that team uses the same key.
You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell or rent CallFlow or a licence key, share a key beyond the people it was bought for, remove notices, or try to get around the licence check. Keys are checked offline, so we can't see how a key is used; that is a design choice, not permission.
3. Payment
Pro and company licences are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the payment, issues the invoice, collects any sales tax or VAT, and is the seller for the purchase itself, under Paddle's own terms. The price shown at checkout is what you pay; later price changes don't affect a licence you already own. Licences are one-time purchases: nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
4. Refunds
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed. See the refund policy for how to ask.
5. Your data
Requests, collections, environments, history and captured traffic are stored on your machine. You are responsible for what you send and capture with CallFlow, including traffic that contains other people's data, and for keeping your own backups. What the extension itself sends is described in the privacy policy.
6. Third-party software
CallFlow bundles open-source components (notably mockttp, Apache-2.0). Their licences and notices are in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md inside the extension.
7. No warranty
CallFlow is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Small Hours is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using it, including loss of data it captured or stored. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under the law where you live.
8. Ending the licence
You can stop using CallFlow at any time by uninstalling it. The licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. If we stop distributing CallFlow, a key you bought keeps working in any copy you have, because the check doesn't depend on our servers.
9. Changes
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Changes don't take away anything from a licence you already bought.
10. Governing law
Massachusetts law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This doesn't limit consumer-protection rights you have where you live, and it doesn't change Paddle's terms for the purchase itself.
